V objavi – My journey -, ki sem jo kar nekaj časa nazaj napisala sem se razpisala o svoji izkušnji s hrano in o tem, da sem se odločila narediti korak in se odločila zdravo prehranjevati, ter zdravo živeti. Kar sama ne morem verjeti, da se dejansko tega držim že več kot dva meseca. Sliši se malo, ampak meni se zdi to tako zelo dolgo, saj sem končno izstopila iz svoje cone udobja, ki je bila obdana s sladkarijami. Končno sem polna energije !

In the post – My journey – I was writing about my food journey and that I decided to eat healthy a.k.a. a healthy life. I can’t believe that I’m living a healthy life for almost two months. I know  it sound not so long, but for me it’s a very long time. I’m stepping out of my comfort zone where I was everyday in candy-land. I’m finally full of energy.

Kaj sem spremenila pri svoji prehrani?

Odpovedala sem se sladkim pijačam in nezdravi hrani (izdelki iz bele moke). Vsak dan začnem z zajtrkom (tuna, riževi vaflji, lunin kruh, sadje …). Za kosilo se odločim, da je zdrav obrok, kjer ni prisotnih veliko nezdravih maščob. Izogibam se tudi pohani hrani in jem čim manj mesa. Za večerjo se ponavadi odločim za nekaj lahkega (podobno kot zajtrk). Vseeno se kdaj pa kdaj ne odpovem cheat mealom, jem kaj mi srce poželi, ampak ne pretiravam.

Tummy tea tox – moj kompanjon

Odkrito rečeno sem se tako zelo navadila na tummy tea tox program, da sama ne morem verjeti ! Preden sem začela s celotnim programom sem dvomila, da bom tako zelo pridna in da se bom držala celotne rutine, ampak mi uspeva !

What did I change?

I decided to say no to sweet sodas and unhealthy food (bread etc.). Every day I start my day with a healthy breakfast (tuna, rice waffles, fruit …). For lunch I eat what my heart desires, but still something healthy and not something with a lot of unhealthy fats, salt, sugar … I say no to everything fried and I eat less meat.  For dinner I normally eat something lighter, like breakfast. Of course I eat sometimes something fried, or a burger, something unhealthy… but still I don’t exaggerate.

Tummy tea tox – my companion

Frankly, I really made Tummy teatox my routine. Before I decided to take this journey with Tummy teatox I didn’t believe I could make it, but I love it and I’m keeping up with the routine.

Zjutraj

Pri zajtrku si naredim daily kick tea in cleanse drink. Ja je kar veliko tekočine, ampak zjutraj sem zelo žejna in z lahkoto vse popijem.

Sweetannesblog extra sladek nasvet: Pri cleanse drinku in pri beauty drinku moraš paziti, da dodaš zadostno količino vode, da ne izpade vse skupaj grenko (beauty drink sladko). Sama sem ga mešala z malo več kot 0,5l vode.

Pri dveh od treh obrokov še vzamem tableti happy enzymes in slimbiotics. Dodala sem pa tudi beauty drink za lepše laske, nohte in kožo.

In the morning

For breakfast I drink the daily kick tea and the cleanse drink. Yes it is a lot of fluids, but I love to drink a lot in the morning. I even decided to drink the beauty drink after breakfast, actually for lunch.

Sweetannesblog extra sweet advice: You have to mix the cleanse drink & the beauty drink with at least 0,5 l water, because it is a little bit bitter (the beauty drink is sweet).

I take the happy enzymes and slimbiotics pills after two meals out of three.

In the evening

At the evening I drink the sleep tight tea. For the summer it’s perfect to mix the drink with lemon juice and ice – voila you have a natural ice tea flavored with lemon juice (without sugar). You can do that also with the daily kick tea and you’ll love it.

Does it work?

Yes it works if you eat healthy and work out. My problem is still that I don’t work out. I’m not bloated anymore and I have more energy. My wight definitely changed and I’m more confident in my body. Now I’m at the third package of Tummy teatox and I’m continuing the programme. Actually I’m again at the start of the journey, because when I was at the say I had a lot of cheating days 😀 Let’s do it together !

Zvečer

Zvečer si pripravim sleep tight tea, ki si ga včasih pripravim z malo limone in ledu, tako da si pravzaprav za zvečer pripravim naravni ledeni čaj z okusom limonade (brez sladkorja). To lahko tudi narediš s čajem za zajtrk, saj je super osvežilno ! 🙂

Ali res pomaga?

V kombinaciji z zdravo prehrano in z gibanjem pomaga! Čez dan nisem več napihnjena (posledica je veliko bolj raven trebušček), prebava se mi je uredila in definitivno imam več energije čez dan. Tudi kile so šle navzdol in končno sem v svojem telesu velikoooo bolj samozavestna in to pot tudi želim nadaljevati. Zdaj sem že pri tretjem paketeku tummy tea tox programa in pridno nadaljujem, pravzaprav začenjam znova, saj sem med morjem imela “cheating days”.
